AG not keeping settings

Seems my AG is doing a couple of strange things. 1st i notice i will have A of say port 4 and b on port 5. I will hear the AG randomly click and check the ant and they have switched to different ports. 2nd i opened the AG controller today and none of my antennas are list everything is blank. Not sure what happened but now i have to program them again.

the 1st one is the most concerning because i like to operate remote with my iPhone and if i can trust the antennas to stay where i left them i am afraid to do remote anymore. Now if i use my iPad i can see the AG and amp and tuner and have no issue.

any ideas what is going on?

    Hi Alan

You may have to open a support ticket with 4O3A regarding this as they are the experts. support@4o3a.com.

Can you make sure your dip switches are set correctly. You will have to review the AG manual just to make sure they are not out of place. It is possible it might be in a programming mode.
