Smart CAT Unhandled exception

I found a thread about this issue on a v3.x Flex but I'm having the same issue on a v2.9.1.

The thread has been closed and the link that was provided by Flex that the person asking for a resolution goes to a page not found.

Guess my next turn will be a help desk ticket.

    Yes, if you have a UHE, please open a support ticket and include a screen shot of the UHE.
