Cookie error on Flex sales website

Hi all,

I've sent a note to Flex about this but wanted to post here as well. We did a number of WWV and frequency demonstrations last week and we had a full Flex radio setup on display for people to see and use.

We had one ham decide to buy a flex after playing with our demo station. Very cool.

Unfortunately he reported to me that he cannot seem to add a Flex 6400 to a cart on the sales website. It just returns some kind of a cookie error.

I tried and got the same thing. So hopefully some one can take a look and see what is wrong.

    FYI the message is "Cookie check failed".

    We've tried MacOS using Chrome and Safari and Windows 11 using Edge.

    Buy it with a simple phone call.

    We use a well know sales/store tool that was having some issues last week.

    They should be fixed by now.

    But, you can always call us at 512-535-4713 option 1 and work with us hams who actually talk on the phone.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
