Setting up Ham Radio Deluxe with Flex 6500

I am trying to set up Ham Radio Deluxe with my 6500. I don't know what is the easiest way to set up the program. I am able to receive the digital modes but I am having trouble setting up Cat and PTT.

I did try to download DD-Util V4 as suggested by Dr.med. DH2ID. The problem was that I got a Download Error Problem because wasn't able to Contact k5fr website and also HRD TCP Server Stopped also got a Cat Error. I did turn off my firewall before downloading the software as suggested. It just seems like I am pushing a rock up a hill and getting no where. I am hoping someone out their can help me set up Ham Radio Deluxe. I am in need a some real help Thanks for your help and time.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
