Issue in remote only

in Remote Operation (SmartLink)

I have a 6400 that is operated from a mountain top. Using windows 10 on a good 8 core PC with 16 GB memory. The radio is operating Ver 2.8., I can bring it down to the house and put it on the bench, operating with in my home network it is fine. Using the same home computer with radio at the radio site I get the attached messages. I have tried cycling the radio between standby and operate no joy. it worked for about a day after reinstalling at the site and back to the issue. My network is Comcast at a 900MHz subscription.

The system has worked in the past however the issue started while using Ver 2.8.0

Have been fighting this for a while and wife says I'm damaging the wall banging my head on it. any one got a idea or

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
