Can't connect to Smartlink with my Maestro, PC is fine.

When I try to log into Smartlink with my Maestro I get the usual login screen asking for my email and password. I enter both and a new white screen pops up and says OK, nothing else. I am not logged into Smartlink.
Ideas?
