My remote F6k5 worked fine until my FW update crashed. I received new SD from Flex, but starting this, I cant connect SmartLink. Localy is working fine, radio is registred by SmartLink, but when I tried to test SmartLink localy, it doesnt pass. I want to test it b4 i will move the radio to remote location, but no success. Tried with more PCs, new installation.

I have found SmartLink does not connect if you are connected to local LAN. So, you can test it remotely, perhaps at a neighbors house or somewhere else - over the internet WAN. It should then connect fine. Dan WA1QZX

  • Dear Dan,

thank you for the answer. I tested it with my second connection (LTE) and it found the radio, but did not connect. Tried also reset of the Flex, but no change.

So, maybe I need someone for remote assistance...
