PGXL & 6700

When I turn on the amp and leave it in standby everything works ok. Proper output, etc. As soon as I turn the amp to operate and press tune on the 6700, the radio goes into transmit, however, the SWR shows 3:1 on the radio and there is no output from the radio. If I go into a dummy load the same thing occurs. I am using a LP-100A following the amp. The TGXL is set to ANT 3 for the dummy load and ANT 1 for the beam. It doesn't make a difference on the setting for power output from the radio. Could there be an issue with the PGXL when it goes into transmit and is in the operate mode? The 6700 operates without an issue when the amp is in standby. Any thoughts?
