CAT will start or run

I have a 6600 with SmartSDR v3.3.29 Windows 10 (up to date) until yesterday and last night my the radio and SmartSDR was working, power off and this morning power on radio turn ON OK as well as SmartSDR (SDR) with DAX but CAT will not run from start and if I click it with not open. I already restart the PC and turn off the PC and the radio but still the same CAT will not run ?
