SmartLink connection issue

Since yesterday I can't login to my radio using SmartLink anymore. The radio shows up as usual in the SmartSDR connect window, but nothing happens. Nothing happens also clicking on the radio or on 'Connect'. What is very odd is that I turned the radio off, but it still shows up as available in the SmartSDR window.

Any thought?
