Where is the SD card located on the flex6500?

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series

Does anyone know the location of the SD card? Have both top and bottom covers off. SD card not visible

    @kt4xn - Please open a support ticket if you need a new SD card.

    Do not take a copy of someone else's SD card and insert it into your radio. You won't like the outcome. :)

    It's inside the CPU (large) Faraday cage on the bottom PCB.

    How do you get this cover back on after replacing the sd card? the instructions do not cover this issue. The chassis overhang does not let you align the tabs that are under it.

    The opposite way you took it off just reverse the order, Don't rush it, If it is all lined up correctly just start the side that is hard to get to first making sure the tabs are all lined up, you can see this from the under side of the cover if you have it at 45* angle then carefully and slowly push down away from the starting point making sure the tabs all line up as you go left to right and forward until all the tabs are in the right spot then just push down on the cover around the edges making sure that every other tab is in and the others are out.

    Use a jewelers small screwdriver to properly position the tabs and make double sure all the tabs are correct.

    I would use a little peace of scotch tape to secure the lid because the Warrantee stickers will not stay down once removed for access.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
