M-MIC1 FHM3 not always found from the MAESTRO

Hello.
I am the proud owner of a Flexradio remote station. My HF part Flexi 6400 is installed in a very quite area and I sit with my Maestro comfortable at home. My problem is, that it happened often, but not always, when I boot up the station, the microphone FHM3 is not recognized correctly. I see the rash on the LEVEL bar, but no HF power is transmitted!!! To fix the issue, I have to switch off and on the Maestro and then the Microphone is working again. I checked the connection and wiring, but due to the fact that sometime it works normally without problem, the bug must be in the software (i suppose). I have my radio and maestro working with Version 3.2.39. Can someone please help me here?
Many thanks......73 de Kurt IN3DOV
