Flex 6400M panel encountered an error and needed to reboot

Rebooted the panel as requested, loaded the most current version of the software (3.2.39) and now the radio panel is just sitting there with the message "Waiting on Hardware Initialization (W, X, XTS)", and it has just been sitting there for about 30 minutes. I've read similar issues regarding the standalone Maestro, many of which suggested replacing a battery, which I cannot do on my M model Flex, or letting it sit powered on overnight.

Do I dare try power cycling it or should I let it sit overnight, powered up?
