No DAX audio available for any apps

Sorry for digging up an old topic but it has reared it ugly head once again. I did a Windows 10 update and now none of my digital apps are receiving DAX audio. I have reloaded all drivers and even refreshed Windows 10. It is behaving just like the pre-windows signed driver issue. I have also tried using a different DAX channel and toggling DAX off and on. No change.

Suggestions, please.
