Windows not recognising SmartSDR V3.2.39 Audio

I am looking for advice on what to try next:

Cold Boot Flex 6600 then Windows recognizes SmartSDR and I can hear the radio.

Next time I "turn SmartSDR off and on", or "turn the PC on and off" then I get no audio from the radio. I can send audio to the radio - FLDIGI & WSJTx can send and receive.

If I look in the Windows Volume Mixer- SmartSdr is missing. Chrome or Spotify have no issues. I checked the microphone in Windows and it was working fine.

I uninstalled SmartSDR, updated Windows 10, updated all the Dell Drivers, ran a comprehensive Dell H/W diagnostic, reinstalled SmrtSDR. No improvement.

Not sure what to try next, any suggestions.

Thanks,

Mick

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
