Flex6400M: Only gets Connection (Waterfall/Receiving) after second reboot

Hi,
i have to restart my 6400M always one mor time after i switched on the radio, to get full access to the receiver. Waterfall is "black", Spectrum visible, but no incoming signals to see or heard.
After the Restart all is OK.

This would be best resolved by following up with a support ticket. They can help you out.

Hi Mike. Unfortunately it was not possible to sign in for a ticket without a registration for the „Technical Support“ first. I did‘t find any option to register. So i‘ve done some further research about the problem. It‘s solved! The powering up and down with a delay was the solution. Done so, now it‘s working. 73‘, Stefan0

Hi Frank, I would suggest that you export your profiles, then do a factory reset. If that doesn't help, submit a help desk ticket.
