The day Flex announced that we could send in $500 to secure our place in line, I sent in mine but never heard anything... I am receiving emails asking me to again pre-order. Was my pre-order lost and was my $500.00 also lost? The bank charged my card te day qafter I sent it in.

Thanks, AH0U
