TX profiles lost on my 6600M

Hi,
At least one TX profile disappears regularly from my SmartSDR console in both versions 3.2.24 and 3.2.31.
Re-importing does not help either. The lost profile appears in the Import dialog with its correct name, I can (un)tick it, but after import, it does not appear in the drop down of the console.
Is there any log created during the import process ? Is this a known issue ?
Maybe worth noting, that I did a factory reset, recreated all profiles, and exported them to a single file.
Maybe a suggestion would be to export profiles in XML format and protect them with a well known published XML schema definition / grammar so that you can tinker with it, but not import invalid data ?

Can you describe more of your station setup in the support ticket I just opened for you.
Radio model, etc. Also, have you done a factory reset on the radio recently?
