Display setting goes to 1/1/1 each time.

With my remote 6500, panadapter display setting behaves strange and goes to 1/1/1 not showing waterfall each time opening the panadapter with v3.2.31.

I do not observe such panadapter display problem with my local 6600 with v3.2.31 nor 6500 with the previous version.

Is it because of an inadequate updating? I tried updating/downgrading few times, but it does not solve the problem.

    Hi Ken

This sounds like an issue that a database reset might fix. Make sure you back up your profiles first.

In the second display, note that the waterfall rate is 0 and the black level is not AUTO.. This typically happens when the database has not been reset during the upgrade process. Export your profiles and perform a factory reset, then import the profiles.

    Sorry for late to respond.

Yes, it solved the problem, hard reset and re-install.

It took us time to take Flex6500 from remote site to the home shack and hard reset/re-install.

    Thank you!
