      Yes, a Thank you to all suggestions.  After changing auto negotiation to 100m Duplex, and unticking allow windows to turn off nic, mine has been rock solid.  Been on all day and all night and not a lost connection.  I agree Hunter, these suggestions should be put in the manual under troubleshooting.
