Smartlink not working?

Since yesterday I cannot see my 6600M over Smartlink any more over remote. At one point yesterday radio was suddenly logged out from Smartlink. Person at the station logged in again and it is showing name and letters on the front display in the right lower corner. The same credential I see when I log in from remote with SmartSDR. Yet the radio does not show up as available.
Why could this be? If the Radio is logged in does it mean that it is connected to Smartlink server and everything should be OK with the network on Radio side? Same when remote terminal is logged in - should everything be OK from that side?
What could be the problem?

Sorry to hear that
We need a bit more info.
When you run the Test on a Local PC running SmartSDR does it pass the network test? If you need some help finding that, check section 9.2.2 in the SmartSDR V3 manual.
Open the Network Settings pane as shown above and select Automatic mode.
Click the Test button. If the indicator turns green, SmartLink configuration for your radio is complete.
Automatic mode should work for most networks. If it doesn’t, it may be necessary to enable UPnP (Universal Plug n Play) in your in your router or to manually configure port forwarding, also in your router. Refer to the following HelpDesk article for more information:
https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003365503-What-is-Port-Forwarding-and-How-do-you...
Usually, when this happens, something changed on your network. Sometimes the quick fix is to reboot the radio and maybe reboot the router as well.

Thanks Mike! I restarted radio and router without effect but when I restarted everything else in the shack incljuding all switches then Smartlink started to work. So something somewhere was disturbing the network indeed. All fine now. Thanks again.
