Maestro is disconnecting from network - losing connection to 6400M

My Maestro is connected via ethernet (a couple of switches) to my 6400M. I have been operating this way for a few weeks. Today, the Maestro started losing connection to the radio. Ethernet icon connection has yellow exclamation point: Connected to Ethernet, Internet unavailable. I am using the same switches with my laptop to connect to the internet.
I can't ping either my maestro or my flexradio - maybe that is expected behavior.

Can you run a test with the Maestro connected directly to the radio (no other switches) and see if it disconnects. Again, this is just a test on the simplest possible network.
If it does, then we have something we can get the support team to look into. If not, then you may have to look elsewhere in your network. It could be a switch or a bad cable (yes, they do happen) causing so packet loss.
Let us know how you make out.

Thanks Michael - will check this later today.

I connected it directly and after adjusting IP address - it worked. I suspect it is a switch issue. I have new switches on order.
Thanks for the help. Will update this thread if I find anything further.
