Win 10 and DAX, I had a massive failure ham computer failure , 450 dollars worth repairs and reload SmartSDR 3.1.8 and Win 10 PRO DAX failed. So I posted a help request, and on Sunday on the Flex NET on 14.329 Dudley told me Windows 10 looks for sound cards , on my Ham Computer I have no speakers. Dudley told me let him port into my computer with Teamviewer and I was cooking Dinner and a email from Dudley I plugged in a set of old speaker that was not working, I overload these speakers with my Guitar. I rebooted and DAX worked great now. 
thanks again Dudley even this Gov't Radio Tech can learn something new.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
