ATU and XVERTER

ATU is greyed out when I switch to XVTR band. Does this mean that the ATU cannot be used with a transverter? I can't find anything in the manuals about this.

You should not need an ATU with a transverter. ATU only works on Ant A and Ant B. Mack W4AX Alpha Team0

The transverter should be designed to present 50 ohms to the radio;.

What Mack said.
There is no tuner when using the XVTR as there should never be a requirement to use it since the Transverter you are using presents a perfectly matched load.
