can ping 6600 no connect

Been running 6600 on lan with bunch of other stuff for a year. Now cant connect with v3.1.18 on my main computer(win10 64). Can ping i6600 at 10.0.0.7  but no connect. Other pcs on lan can connect with v3.1.18. Any ideas???

    When that happens, Windows Firewall tends to have been turned on ... somehow.

    That is the first place I would look.

    Thanks, I did  that but only did it for hour and then got busy! !!!!  TU  tu Works fine now!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
