No sound from remote multiFLEX stations

I can log into two of my friends' radios via multiFLEX. Their S-meters move properly and I can see the received signals on both of their waterfalls. I have my Speaker and Headphone sliders pushed to the right. I toggle the PC Audio on/off but I don't hear any audio at all. What am I missing? Any ideas?

Check to see if your PC sound card still has the same default Windows settings. Do you want your computer speakers set to default

I can hear my local radio perfectly (spkr, phones and PC) through all three controls. It's only the remote stations which are providing no audio.
