Software Update on Flex 6600M

I have a Flex 6600M. I do not use a computer with it. That's why I have the 6600M. It's worked great since I purchased it until the Update 2.4.XX and 2.5.XX. I tried to update to the 2.4.XX and lost all mt profiles. I tried re-doing the profiles and it will not save them. Read all the release notes ans such. Turning the radio off, looses all the saved profiles. Tried doing a factory re-boot. The button turns steady white and never flashes. The radio come back on and the earliest profile is 2.3.XX. I choose it and same issue, nothing saves. I get bad audio reports!! On Friday, I called tech support and had to leave a message. Later got a email from Dawn and them tried to call back at 1:00PM central time and the message said they were already closed. Very frustrated!!!!

I have converted this to a support ticket.

You should not have lost our profiles on an upgrade unless you did a DC power reset.   There is no need to do a reset unless advised to do so by Support.

    Sorry to hear that happened.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
