Flex Website Woes

I love my 6600 but I hate the website!  In my opinion it is terribly user unfriendly.  Here is an example.

1.       I’m looking for the latest version 2 SSDR for my 6600.

2.       I go to http://www.flexradio.com/amateur-products/

3.       I click on “Software”  It takes me to https://www.flexradio.com/?_ga=2.41597154.1137133633.1559307759-1835680556.1559307759

4.       I click on a picture that says “Software is the Radio”, and has a link “SmartSDR for Windows”.  It takes me to https://www.flexradio.com/ssdr-for-windows/  So far I have found nothing about version 2 software.

5.       So I go back to this page in item 3 again and this time I click on “Menu”.  Software is listed but when I move my cursor, the Software listing goes away and only the “Products” item  can be clicked on.

6.       Finally I find an “X” to click on and get rid of the “Products” page.   Now I can click on “Software” but I get the same page as in number 4 above.   I still haven’t found anything about version 2, in fact very little software information at all, just ads for version 3.

7.       So now I’ll try “Support” and “Downloads” from the url in number 4.

8.       Oh, now I’m getting somewhere.   Looks like v2.5.0 is out.  Not so fast. Downloading v2.5.0 Changelog and v2.5.0 Release Notes are just PDF files.   Where is the software? My resident expert (N2TU) tells me V2.5 hasn't been released yet.   I already have version 2.4.9 installed so I just wasted a bunch of time looking for something I didn’t even need.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
