    Hi Tom

I would consider opening a support ticket when you have a moment.

    2 common problems ...

I have had more than one customer with the Mic plugged into the speaker jack (not kidding :) )
Make sure you have MIC selected on the TX MENU (push the MIC/Speed - Power Knob in)

    Just want to make sure.

Use one of the microphone profiles, not the default profile. I had this same problem when I tried to use my Shure 55.

I will open a support ticket.  I can't say that i haven't made a few mistakes like that over the years..lol..everything else seems to work very well, automatic band switching on amp, etc.

Unplug the mic from the jack and plug it back in to the mic jack sometimes the plug does not seat properly in the mic jack and has caused several users difficulty.

You can watch the mic audio on the meter without the need to transmit.
