I have checked the upload speed on radio side, just 4mb/s. So i think this is the problem ...

I did this  test and came to the conclusion that the choppy audio is due to the rapid screen updates that have to happen with CW Skimmer.  I have used TeamViewer, VNC and Remote Desktop and Skimmer running on a local PC (not the remote PC).

It gets better if you reduce your upload screen resolution and this with running CW Skimmer local to the radio.

As soon as I start Skimmer running locally, my upload data rates max out at 2mb/sec, which is my max on my remote.  This is not the fault of Skimmer or DAX IQ.  If you look closely at the network traffic you will see that it is related to the Remote Screen updates.

If you are running DAX IQ remote, than you are maxing out your upload.

I long ago decided that running a PC remote and on the same LAN as the radio was by far the most reliable way to operate remote.  Since we have no idea what goes on in the cloud between the 2 sites, we are not able to control it.  Every ISP does some sort of traffic shaping and it is 100% out of our control.
