My Flex 6500 had been on version 2.49. Since moving to Florida I can't get the Flex to work wiyh my computer. I had my Flex set up to operate remotely. When in Maryland I connected to internet via a cable modem. Here in Florida I have to use a DSL modem. When reloading the Flex Software I get an error message that say and older version of VSP exsist on your cfomputer but I am unable to find and remove it.

The VSP file seems to be the hang up. When I try to delete the VSP file I have a dialog box opens tha says.
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." When I try to install Smart SDR midway through I get a message to delete an old version of the VSP file.

Radio still down, Keep getting VSP dialog box stating " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again  or enter an alternate path to to a folder containing  the installation package " FlexVSP installer FlexVSP Installer_64ms" in the box below.
