Did you try manually connecting to both the CAT and DAX?

Strange, v2.4.9 doesn't show up in my 6400M, only in SmartSDR also.

You have to login into each program individually: SSDR, SDR-Cat, SDR-DAX

something was out of sink, when I connected to each program individually SmartSDR would logout of smartlink and un-register it self and DAX and CAT would show the radios in the chooser then if I reconnected the radio the other 2 would not show up in Radio chooser.
I finally got both radio's in sync but had to un-register and log-out ALL three programs  and both radio's with ALL three radio chooser up and re-logged in and on the desk top I only had to resister the Radio's SmartLink on SmartSDR and the others followed suit.
I think the trick is to un-register the radio's from SmartLink then do the upgrade then login and re-register smartlink after the Update.

    Thanks for the response's

The issue here is, that SmartSDR stops working if I have registered SmartLink.
It just crashes on my Windows 7 notebook, I have to terminate it with my task manager.
If I unregister, all is fine.
    I'll open a ticket.

really perfect, even with Latency up to 200ms and more ! i get FT8 QSO's without trouble

Sorry, the issue seems not to be SmartLink, but my batch file!
I start all programs with a compiled batch file, containing the line:
    "start SmartSDR.exe --serial=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"
This seems to crash SSDR. I've opened a ticket.

    My workaround:
    1. Start SSDR manually - this works on all PC's and notebooks and OS 7-10
    2. Start all the programs with a compiled batch file:
MiniDeluxe, JTAlertX with WSJT-X, HRDLog,Stacks and GridTracker
I will compile more batch files to start other program constellations.
