K9DUR voice keyer can not set up

HI I am trying to get the K9DUR voice keyer set up, no matter what I do I can not get it to accept my PTT serial port settings, it keep saying set up PTT serial port on the program I have created 2 serial PTT ports in smart sdr cat but it wont work with either, can someone help me please,

When you set up a PTT port for SmartSDR Cat make sure it is a PTT protacal, then it should be FlexVSP and what ever come port pick a slice A or what ever one you want it to work with. Then RST only active low and Enable it

Make sure you have your TX Stream on and the DAX on.

i have both on only way to get it to work is to disable serial ptt and use vox but every sound in the house is keying the rig, thats not ideal,

Has to be something i am not doing right

A friend had that problem and I dont remember what he did to fix it. 
Dry toi delete the port you made and remake it.

I tried it on my laptop and it worked first time, so I knew it had to be an issue with the PC/ME for some reason smartSDR cat is assigning ports numbers over 100 I found a PTT port that i can't remember what I set it up for and used this in the Voice keyer and it worked,

Its the same as the new port was just a lower number I am unsure why that matters but for me it did,

Just for the heck of it also click on the DTR in the set up window. 

When SmartSDR is up on your screen the SmartCAT should look like this, of course just the ports you want to use. 
My PTT for Voice Keyer is P COM7 Please notice how the "Process" shows (VoiceKeyer)
if not then the problem is at the Voicekeyer setup
