my Radio (6500) arrives on Monday the 19th , I'm trying to think outside of the box right and figure all the connections I need. ie my amp and signalink everything else is RF sensing.

That is the wrong connector guys. The pin layout is like on a VGA cable. This layout is what is used on game ports from ages ago.
