Frequency Display Box fixed location

Location of the frequency display boxes are apparently fixed. [To the left of the frequency selected. I note that in setting up any bandwidth on lower sideband, the display box covers up the top of the bandpass filter, obscuring the top of the scale. In addition, when selection of two frequencies close to one another, as necessary, when as NCS of a traffic net and also keeping track of off net frequency traffic , the two displays over lap and obscure each other. In the future, would there be the possibility of selecting either side of operating frequency to place the display box? Ken K7YR

Wait until the next version of SmartSDR is released. It has a new feature that will prevent the slice control panels that are in close proximity to one another from over lapping

Hi Tim, Roger, Lots and Lots of features to develop. Going beck to the basics after owing the 5000A and 3000 can be frustrating, however using the past as a reference and applying a little imagination, the future is surly promising........> Ken K7YR

I like the fact that in the latest version of SmartSDR that panels no longer overlap. Thanks guys. But I agree, when in LSB it would be nice if the panel was displayed on the opposite side so as not to obscure the signal's spectrum.
