  After going through similar problems, with a 6500, I made changes in my grounding and the routing of my network cables. That ended my issues.Frank W1FRA

  It is a common trend, seen with every release, every radio. Waiting for the Flex 3000 was crazy. Heck, remember waiting for the 6000 series to be released ? Some things will never change !!
