When do I need to submit a HelpDesk ticket?

There are situations where the assistance you need requires more of a one on one interaction with our technical support staff, such as if you are having a particular type of problem that may be unique to your setup or you would prefer a little more privacy and not solve your issues on the Support Community. In these cases, what you want to do is submit a HelpDesk support ticket.

By submitting a HelpDesk support ticket, you will be assigned a case number and one of our tech support engineers will be assigned to your incident, giving you the personal attention needed to resolve your issue.
