And what is the setup of audio gain and RF gain?

Measure the offset any time you like. Things are very stable, so you don't need to do it often.

AF and RF gain work well in mid-scale. Adjust to your preferences.

Once you recalibrate the frequency using a stable and accurate source, you should not have to do it again for months.  Even then, the XO aging is not going to be off by much.

Or, get a GPSDO module and never worry about it again ;-)
