Measure the offset any time you like. Things are very stable, so you don't need to do it often. AF and RF gain work well in mid-scale. Adjust to your preferences.

Once you recalibrate the frequency using a stable and accurate source, you should not have to do it again for months.  Even then, the XO aging is not going to be off by much.

Or, get a GPSDO module and never worry about it again ;-)
