I'm good too.  Try restarting your Flex.  I had to do that the other day.  I leave mine on 24/7 and about once a month or so I have to reboot it to get smart link to work.

I had to restart the radio and re-register with SmartLink. Working now.

Thanks Mark after resetting radio all is working now. I also leave mine on 24/7 and use the remote most of the time. Suggestion to Flexradio support staff  it would be nice to get updates on outages. I had to go to Azure for updates. also I didn't know you needed to reboot the radio "good to know".
    Thanks

Didn't have to re register.  Just a restart fixed mine.  Not sure why it lost connection.  I just need to make sure I reboot before I'm going to be gone from home for a while.

FWIW, I did not need to reboot or re-register. Just connected as usual.  I am running on an Apple network, no uPNP, and with my own domain name, so maybe there's something different.

My 6600M never missed a beat.  One of my 6700s required a cold reboot, but I can't say if that was actually a SmartLink issue or if it was resolving the transient issues with that provider.

Another 6300 I manage for another ham needed a full reboot (again a cold reboot) and I needed to force a SmartLink "lost password" routine, as it was locked.  We're guessing that the MS-Azure outage was a partial and the password wasn't recognized but the failed password counter was running.

My other 6700 and 6300 were not online during the outage, and seem to be unaffected.

As of today, Sept 28, 2022, at 2145Z, SmartLink appears to be down for me. I can access locally but can not do so remotely. Yes, it would be GREAT if there were a SmartLink status page somewhere that monitored conditions and also was a place where we could all goto for live updates from Flex support.

Smartlink appears to be down for me in the central US. Normal access to remote site via internet link, SmartSDR works fine in local mode, but no joy via Smartlink. I have reset the remote router and rebooted the 6700. I can see the Azure status page from the link above, but it is lots of data but no real information. What portions of the many rows and columns must be working for Smartlink to work for me? I cannot 'hardware key' the radio remotely to reconfigure Smartlink without a trip to the remote site, which is a pain. What causes Smartlink to require a 're-registation" can how can I know in advance that it will happen? What is the best way to check Smartlink status?

SmartLink for both of my stations went down and hasn't come back up. First noticed early AM on Monday Sept 26th.

My 6600M, and #1 and #2 6700s all claim they are not registered for SmartLink. My #3 6700 is not on at my third station due to external issues (the power keeps going out there and the internet sucks as well on the Island).

Both Mike and Ken have been working on my issue, and of course said "it is working for me" and suggested all the noobie resources. I know they have to follow script and it always could be something simple, but when two distinct networks with three radios all puke at the same time there is something different going on.

Tests from Win10 boxes (one recently updated and the other not updated) and iOS devices all fail to either see the 6700's at all or can see but not connect to the 6600M.

The Azure page without specific guidance on how to spot what affects SmartLink is pretty useless.

All radios do work on their respective LANs and the only other oddity is the 6600M believed that the level of SmartSDR it was running needed to be downloaded yet again when I did a cold reboot.

Trying to register the radios does get one of the two lines of the box to say success but the lower line never changes from saying the radio is not registered for SmartLink, and functionality is not recovered.
