Hi Kenneth… can you give us a bit more information on what you are experiencing/expecting?

Are you saying you can't connect to your Aurora?

Are you trying to connect remotely or via your local WAN or via direct cable?

We need a bit more information to help you out.

The aurora connects via hard wire network cable to your home network either a switch or a router. In itself it has networking but internet would be provided by your home internet service. Aurora in it self does not require internet except perhaps to purchase extended software features (V4.x) or for smartlink remote access. Aside from those it uses your home network to run if you use a Maestro or a computer to control it.
