Power On Button issues

I've started have this happen like once in awhile. But now its getting very frequent. Its done this three times this week! I follow the power on and off procedure with the power supply and radio. So when i give the power button a momentary press the button flashes green once, then shortly starts to go on and off for short period the boot starts. going through the splash screens. radio boots up. Now it flashes once, then goes blank, no more flashing green and never boots up. Ive got to pull the power cable off its supply and wait two min, plug it back in wait two min, then press the on button again. one flash green, then normal boot up radio starts up and works properly. The power supply is a Astron RS 50m AP less than a year old. Ive watched the voltage of the supply under radio full load transmit and it never drops. It shows a steady voltage of 14.3 volts. So I'm not sure if this a problem with the switch. Just looking for a bit of help..

    Hi Jeff, you might try exporting your profiles followed by a factory reset. If that doesn't work, submit a help desk ticket.

    Ok i did a factory reset. After saving my profile. But I never seen a way to export a profile with the 8400M model. So i had to reset all my settings manually. not an issue just had too. so I'll see how this works in the morning.

    OK its morning, The issue didn't go away. Tiny flicker of green then nothing turned on.. Had to pull power then reboot. Radio turned on..

    Well the issue continues! Since the factory reset, So far Its had to be power reset each morning now. Makes no sense, I do the startup, and shut down as described in the manual. Once i do the reset the radio comes and boot properly.

    The issue is still on going. Help desk is working on it. I certainly hope others aren't dealing with this issue!

    Such an awesome radio for stinker issues like this to deal with!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
