Lack of response from Help desk

I opened a help desk ticket on 6/26/26 and received an automated reply and then received a reply from Tim. I had thought Tim was sending an ATU and I questioned him on this as I thought that was what he was sending. He told me that he was replacing the radio as it was within the 30-day window. I have requested 2 updates as to where Flex is in the process with no response. Is this the state of Flex customer service or is Tim out on vacation. Can't call Flex as they don't take incoming phone calls. It's just leave a message and we'll call you back. Not really happy with the service at the moment.

    It has been 8 business days since I have heard from Flex. I don't understand it. Even after updating the help desk ticket, making phone calls and leaving messages with whomever in whatever department I can, I still get no response. Maybe Flex went out of business.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
