What happened to Flex service

in Tuner Genius XL

In Feb. of this year m Flex tuner failed so I requested help and within hours received an RMA and sent it back for repair… after about 6 weeks I got it back////they frepaired it with used parts they had…...last week it failed again so I requested help and received an email they would get back to me when flex opened..a day later I received an email saying they were busy and had prioritized my request and would get back to me when my low priority request came up..I still have heard nothing and am off the air as I need the tuner for my non-resonant antennas….This tuner failed twice the same way in a matter on\f months and I am such a low priority hat I cant even got a RMA ????

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
