dax working intermittently

in SmartSDR for Windows

I upgraded to ver. 4.2.20 on to new win 11 computer which had no flex software on it. i exported my profiles from 4.2.18 on win 10 computer. i never imported the profiles to new computer, but when i booted up the 6400 they were on computer. I Can not get Dax to work so i did a factory reset i because i suspect they are my problem with Dax . I figured the reset would get rid of them but it did not.. any idea what's going on

    Did you change the Audio devices in your other programs to match the new names?

    And, what ‘doesn’t work’ mean? We need a bit more information please.

    dax will not work through my profile in wsjt but will work on all bands if i don't try to use my profile . profile are set up exactly like they were in 2.18 . Audio is set dax rx 1 and dax tx

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
