Smartlink Registered but can't connect, fails test

I have been using Smartlink for years without issue but recently, it quit working. It show registered with the green check mark, but when I click the "Test" button, I get a red dot instead of green. I have checked the inbound firewall rules and see SmartSDR is listed with Domain, Private and Public all selected. On my iPhone, I can see the radio but when I click on connect, nothing happens. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? Nothing on the network/internet side has changed in several years here at the house.

    Just tried to register my new 8400 (my 6700 is already registered) and the registration fails. Thinking maybe the anti-virus might be blocking so will try turning off.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Ok, fixed the problem with my 6700 after removing the port forwards and adding them back but I still can't get my 8400 to register. Any ides?

    Feel like I am talking to myself?! :) I got the 8400 registered. For some reason, it didn't ask me to do the PTT so I did it anyway and guess what? It registered. Not sure if this is just on my end but maybe a bug if someone doesn't know you need to do the PTT. All is good now.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
