Maestro audio quits

I recently started experiencing issues with my Maestro B audio dropping out. The input and output audio will quit and the only way to bring them back is to restart the Maestro. Sometimes I will receive error messages and sometimes the audio will just **** a few times then quit. It appears to be a voltage related issue because it only happens when plugged into power supply. When using a battery pack it works fine until the pack is almost out of battery. Then the I will get the audio failure messages before the low battery warning comes on and the Maestro shuts down. Is there any voltage regulating components that could go bad or be replaced?
When testing the voltage from my power supply it tested a steady 12.14 v.

This issue is persistent whether plugged into LAN, using WiFi, or plugged directly into my 6400 Ethernet.

Support suggested upgrading to the latest software which I did but it did not resolve the issue.
