Just ordered 510

Finally sold a PGXL so I ordered a 510.

Part of my "downsizing", I'd like to get to one base radio, Aurora 510 as I rarely op above 500W anyway.

Hoping for a good solid radio.

    Mark

I have been abusing one since August of last year. :) I think I have found every alarm and protection circuit. LOL

I am sure there are a few more. But, it has been rock solid for me.

Web shows shipping within 30 days… is that real? I thought it was still groups…

Hi Mark, I think that is legit. I heard Mike say that they are pretty much caught up. I don't know if the Hamvention sales put them behind at all, but if so, it shouldn't be like the initial offering.

I downsized also as far as the number of equipment and cables everywhere but I consider it an upgrade. It's a complete shack in a box. Been solid for me. I got mine within 30 days, in fact I think it was less than that.

Thanks David. That is my hope too. Shack in a box… Hope for reasonably quick delivery.

Well it's already shipped and could arrive today. Much faster than I expected.

That's great news Mark! I hope you like the 510 as much as I like my 8600.
