3.86 watts max output on 6400
Figured I would bounce it off the community over the weekend. (HD ticket submitted)
Lightning Strike!! Near vicinity or even possibly tower. No physical evidence that I can find but the flash was blinding at exact same time the boom shook entire house. All electronics in rack with radio and connected by network in that building needed resetting. (network is optical between house and outbuilding so it was only in building connected with tower and radio)
Radio boots, tunes, receives, changes options etc. Have even had a couple of QSOs on SSB & CW as well as a contact on FT4 so the radio seems to function but is QRP as the max output with everything "turned up" is 3.86 watts output into a dummy load.
Factory reset (white) was performed with no change. Nose detects no evidence of magic smoke release.
For the record, although it should have not impact on problem, running 3.9.19 and smartSDR Mac.
Thoughts? (voodoo spells, secret handshakes, magic incantations, exorcism instructions welcome.)

Check and verify all parameters of your power supply first. Then inspect coaxes and rotor cables.

Thanks. Did check PS with scope. Clean and stable.
Removed all external coaxes and antennas. Tested with known jumper coax, bird and dummy load.
Interestingly, the repeater, which is higher up on the tower didn't miss a beat. All cables have PolyPhaser lightning suppressors and none of them were "blown".
I'm thinking that the swr circuit is thinking the swr is off scale and choking back the finals. All I am seeing is the driver and a teeny tiny bit of aplification.

I was heading in the direction that there was a problem in the coax or connector. Very possible the swr circuit is broken. Ive been hit an easy dozen times in my life. If im leaving for a while i disco the coaxes from the tower. I also have polyphazer out on the bottom 4feet of the tower. I have arced across the op desk from a coax discoed from a single radio a foot to the radios front panel. Radio and its docking station ps were junk. If id unplugged the docking station there would have been no damage. Wed routinely take a trip for the weekend come home to 1/2 the breakers tripped in the panel. 7 towers tallest 200 feet. I hope you can get it all fixed.
