SmartSDT 4.1.5 DAX TX busy?

I have a remote 8600 and a local PC I use for FT-8. I also have a Maestro and/or PC connected at home QTH. Many times the FT-8 starts not putting out any power. Finally, to me anyway, i found the problem. DAX at the FT-8 PC shows busy? I'm using Multiflex, but why doesn't it release and start working? Is there a setting that I have set? Any thoughts? Steven

    I have same problem. After upgrade latest version SmartSDR 4.1.5 came DAX and CAT starting windows new yellow button ”disconnect”. That doesn’t do it anything or seeems to do it anything. Everthing still works ok until latest windows 11 update. After that everytime I change band DAX ”tx stream” drop off to yellow and busy text. When I put mouse cursor over that button there coming text ”tx stream is on but other computer using that”. Push ”tx stream” off and on again that coming active again. Only problem is that happen every band change.

    I have flex 6400 and expert 1.3K-FA.

    DAX TX STREAM problem disappear after latest Windows 11 update.

    This happens when the connection gets lost or broken. I see this with SDC Skimmer at times. It is likely due to a loss in the network some place (and, it can happen on the same PC).

    I have found that just clicking it OFF and back ON usually clears it.

    I have this issue too, I first noticed the issue with WSJTX and changing bands. I also have SDC. I rebooted my windows 11 PC started SMARTSDR and DAX. Not using SDC or WSJTX but changing bands within SMARTSDR and the problem was happening. Of course, pressing the TX button in DAX sets it to streaming again. Starting to sound like it might be a windows 11 issue, I don't remember it occurring in the past but I recently put maintenance on my windows 11 system.

    Note: I performed a "repair" of my windows system, not related to this issue, and afterwards the problem was gone.

    Maybe a disorganized windows registry (hive) has just enough delay to cause a problem. If/when I get the problem again I'll try one of the windows registry tools and see if that fixes it.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
